The UHC Foundation is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing resources to improve the health and quality of life for members of our community. The UHC Foundation was established to support community programs that extend beyond the scope of primary health care services in rural communities
Foundation Sponsored Programs

The collaboration between YMCA and the UHC Foundation sends nearly 100 children to Summer Camp annually where elementary aged students gain leadership, social and communication skills through their week long team building experience in the beautiful Sequoia National Park.

Patient Transportation

The Patient Transportation Program provides rides for UHC patients to and from their health center appointments. The program is offered at all health center locations but limited by days of availability until sufficient vehicles and drivers are added to the fleet of passenger vans.

Prom Treasures

The UHC Foundation supports the collection and distribution of Pristine Prom Dresses and other Prom Treasures to more than 200 high school students who would normally be unable to obtain formal prom attire. The program helps to eliminate the financial burden, stress and anxiety of attending these socially important school activities.
